Possibly taking out fury swipes for extended rake as well. For the glyphs, glyph of regrowth is helpful if you dip and hover under 50% a lot because of taking a lot of dmg. However, if you can maintain 50%+ hp quite often, I suggest switching that glyph for berserk.
